Before joining your first regular practice, all participants are required to attend our free beginner workshop.

During the workshop, you will learn:

​

• What HEMA is?

• How our training sessions are structured

• What equipment you need to get started

• You will have the opportunity to hold and practice with different weapons

• We will demonstrate what sparring looks like

• You will be able to speak with our trainers, who will be happy to answer all your questions about HEMA

Beginner workshops take place on the first and third Thursday of each month.
